The Patient Education Centre based out of the Moose Jaw Union Hospital provides the following Cardiac Rehabilitation Programs:

Heart to Heart is an education program of the Heart and Stroke Foundation for cardiac patients and their families.  This is a six week program with classes once a week to help patients gain knowledge of heart disease and cardiac rehabilitation. 

Cardiaction Exercise Program is medically supervised and provides a safe, structured program for patients to improve their exercise tolerance and increase their cardiovascular fitness.  It is offered three times a week on an ongoing basis and partners are welcome to join.  Cardiaction Brochure

Support Programs include a Cardiaction Support Group of current and past participants, a Graduate Exercise Program, and Volunteer Visitors Group that involves former participants who visit and provide support for cardiac patients in the hospital.
