Public Health Inspectors play a key role in ensuring the food that is prepared and sold to the public is safe. The following food premises are inspected on a routine, follow up and complaint basis:

Food Safety Training


Food Safety courses are offered frequently by the Five Hills Health Region.  The cost is $40.00 per person and includes course materials, thermometer and certificate.  Courses are located in the basement at 110 Ominica Street West, Moose Jaw.
