Public Health Inspectors play a key role in ensuring the food that is prepared and sold to the public is safe. The following food premises are inspected on a routine, follow up and complaint basis:

Food Handling Course

Food handling courses are offered frequently by Pubic Health - Moose Jaw Office.  The cost is $65 per person and includes course materials, thermometer and certificate.  Courses are located in the Davies Building, 110 Ominica Street West, Lower Level, Conference Room # 2, Moose Jaw.
