Open Connections is an outreach and intervention program designed to assist youth ages 12 – 24 years struggling with a substance abuse problem or at risk of developing one.  The program is designed to enhance capacity to provide education and supports to existing community programs.  The program further includes an outreach component to engage youth outside of school and clinic settings.

Access

Referrals and consent forms are forwarded to selected agency personnel from Mental Health & Addictions Services and/or Community Resources (CR). Referrals are reviewed by an intake committee comprised of MHAS and CR staff.
