Quality Improvement (QI) Unit

The Quality Improvement Unit is an all-encompassing unit of individuals and teams who specialize in many different areas, all with the ultimate goal of ensuring the Five Hills Health Region provides the best care possible, in the safest manner available; while at the same time, developing LEAN (efficient) methods of providing these services and minimizing risk and occurrences.
