In partnership with Service Canada and the Ministry of Advanced Education, Employment and Immigration, this program is for youth between the ages of 15 and 30 experiencing significant employment barriers. The program addresses employment readiness and placement issues. Access Clients may refer themselves or be referred by community agency personnel.
