Well Wishes

Well Wishes is designed to provide family and friends convenient access to patients at the Moose Jaw Union Hospital by using e-mail to send messages. If you would like to send well wishes to a loved one or a friend who is a patient at the Moose Jaw Union Hospital, simply click on this link and type your email (or copy and paste wellwishes@fhhr.ca into your email program).

Be sure to include:

- patient's first and last name;
- room number (if known);
- comments; and
- your full name

• E-mail is checked at 1:00 p.m. every weekday and hand delivered to patients after 2:00 p.m. Any email that is received after 1:00 p.m. or on weekends will be delivered the next business day. There  may be a delay in delivery for email received during holidays. Email received after the intended recipient has been discharged will not be delivered.

• All messages received are handled confidentially. Upon receipt, your email is printed, placed in a sealed envelope, and delivered to the patient's room. Please note that this system is designed for well wishes only. Any other type of communication or messages (e.g., e-mails conducting personal business, containing questionable content, or business/vendor solicitations) will not be delivered and will be deleted from the system.

Please note that this system is set up only to receive email. We cannot send outgoing replies or confirm that a patient is indeed registered.
